  • 1:1 Onboarding Call: We will start with a comprehensive onboarding call where we dive deep into your experience, goals, and individual challenges. This call is crucial for me to understand your unique needs and tailor a weekly training regime just for you.

  • Personalized Programming: Based on our initial call, we’ll build a plan that aligns with your goals. Whether you're preparing for an upcoming trip, aiming to put down a long-term project, or just striving to reach the next level in your sport

  • Weekly Check-ins: We will have weekly check-ins to monitor your progress, make necessary adjustments, and ensure you're on track. This consistent feedback loop is designed to keep you motivated and moving forward.

  • Ongoing Support: I’ll be available via text or email for any questions or support you need throughout your program (within reason). You’re never alone in this journey – I’m here to help every step of the way.
